Sun and Sintra, the Castle 🏰

The majestic Sinatra castle in beautiful yellow and red earthy tones, shine and reflect the bright sunny day. People arrive in thronges to see the breathtaking castle amidst the greenery preserved with time. 

It sat on a big hill just like the fairy tales of the yore. The king watches the subjects from the top of his castle.

The inside of the church with its breathtakingly glazed glass windows. 

This parapet stood outside the kings room. Reminds me of Game of thrones only it’s a bit sunny for the feels. It could very well be a favourite spot of Cersie. 

This dry branchy bending tree seems cool and comfy in the summer heat.

If in Lisbon don’t miss the Sinatra castle, how ever you can miss the fort round the corner. 

It’s as it looks in the picture below. Lot of climbing on walls and thin paths on tiny rocky hills. 

This makes me feel I am inside a well! Feeling giddy!  

a poor consolation to one thing we missed seeing. The Initiation well at the Quinta da Regaleir grounds. Probably next time. 😃
