Tea Pot

Tea is to soul, what soul is to body!!

I am a true blood tea lover. Any hour of the day, to wake to, to sleep to, to wonder, to ponder, to decide, to defer, to gossip, to cry, to laugh, to tell, to listen, to watch, to feel, to silence, to calm, to love, to worry, to share, to secrets,  to conversations, to us.

Those were my words. Now let's listen to the words of literary genius who too vouch for the greatest invention of mankind. The root of all civilisation and culture.
had a little tea party
This afternoon at three.
'Twas very small-
Three guest in all-
Just I, myself and me.

Myself ate all the sandwiches,
While I drank up the tea;
'Twas also I who ate the pie
And passed the cake to me.”
― Jessica Nelson North

“Come and share a pot of tea,
my home is warm and my friendship’s free.”
― Emilie Barnes

“Rainy days should be spent at home with a cup of tea and a good book.”
― Bill Watterson, The Calvin and Hobbes Tenth Anniversary Book

“Would you like an adventure now," he said casually to John, "or would you like to have your tea first?”
― J.M. Barrie, Peter Pan

“Find yourself a cup of tea, the teapot is behind you. Now tell me about hundreds of things.”
― Saki, The Complete Saki

“Have tea, might write,” Laura returned.”
― L.L. Barkat, The Novelist

“But indeed I would rather have nothing but tea.”
― Jane Austen, Mansfield Park

Come oh come ye tea-thirsty restless ones - the kettle boils, bubbles and sings, musically.”
― Rabindranath Tagore, Collected Poems and Plays of Rabindranath Tagore

“We had a kettle; we let it leak:
Our not repairing made it worse.
We haven't had any tea for a week...
The bottom is out of the Universe.”
― Rudyard Kipling, The Collected Poems of Rudyard Kipling

“I say let the world go to hell, but I should always have my tea.”
― Fyodor Dostoyevsky, Notes from Underground

To all the fellow tea lovers. This is TEAPOT at Fort Kochi, a cosy corner for every Teawala. If tea is a hug in a cup then this place is a beanbag.
